Privacy at PawSprouts

Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of what the PawSprouts website does with information and what stays private on your device.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Introduction

PawSprouts operates the website at www.pawsprouts.com. This policy explains how this website handles information. It does not cover a PawSprouts mobile app; if an app launches, it will have a separate privacy policy describing its own practices.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

The website currently has no user accounts and does not receive or retain personal information through its tools. Newsletter and waitlist signup are not currently available, so this website does not ask for or collect an email address. There is currently no contact form on the website.

You may enter pet profiles, weigh-ins, health and vaccination records, appointment notes, questions, and emergency-card details in the on-device tools. That information remains in your browser and is not provided to PawSprouts. Calculator inputs are used only to produce the result shown to you and are not transmitted to a PawSprouts server.

Information collected automatically

PawSprouts does not currently load Google Analytics or Google AdSense. If these services are activated, and you accept optional cookies, analytics may include pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, and device or browser type. Advertising cookies may be used to measure ads or personalize advertising. This policy will be updated if those services are enabled.

Local browser storage, what stays on your device

Your tracker and organizer information is on-device data.

PawSprouts cannot see it, and it is never transmitted to PawSprouts or stored in a PawSprouts database.

The trackers and organizers use your browser’s local storage to remember pet profiles, weigh-ins, health and vaccination entries, vet-visit notes, and emergency-card details on the browser and device where you entered them.

PawSprouts staff cannot access this information. Clearing this website’s browser data removes it, and it will not appear when you use a different browser or device because it is not stored remotely. Individual tools also provide controls to remove their entries.

PawSprouts does not currently provide personalized Pawtales story links. If URL-based personalization is added, remember that information included in a URL is visible to anyone who receives that link; this policy will be updated before launch.

Cookies and advertising

PawSprouts currently uses local storage for functional features such as the Growth Tracker and your cookie preference. It does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies.

If Google AdSense is activated, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on visits to this and other websites, only after the required consent has been given. Learn more in Google’s advertising privacy information. You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page.

If Google Analytics is activated, it may use cookies to prepare aggregated usage reports after consent. Google explains how it handles partner-site data in its privacy documentation. PawSprouts will not load Analytics or AdSense unless the stored cookie choice is “accepted.”

How we use information

If collection features are connected in the future, information may be used:

  • to operate, maintain, and improve the website;
  • to respond to messages a visitor chooses to send;
  • to send newsletters only to people who subscribe, with an unsubscribe option in every marketing email;
  • to serve and measure advertising after consent; and
  • to understand aggregate website usage after consent.

At present, the website does not offer email-entry fields, and Analytics and AdSense are not installed.

How we share information

PawSprouts does not sell personal data. Because the current website does not receive newsletter, contact, or pet data, none of that information is shared with service providers.

If enabled after consent, Google would receive the data needed to provide AdSense or Analytics as described above. If PawSprouts later connects an email or contact service, the provider will be named here before information is collected. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.

Data retention

PawSprouts currently retains no newsletter or contact submissions. If those features become active, the relevant data will be kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless a longer period is required by law.

Tracker and organizer data remains only for as long as it stays in your browser. You can remove it in the relevant tool or through your browser’s site-data settings. Browser menus differ, so consult your browser’s official help center for current instructions.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data PawSprouts holds about you. With the website’s current design, PawSprouts does not hold newsletter, contact, calculator, tracker, or organizer information; locally stored data is already under your control.

Visitors in the European Union and United Kingdom may have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. California residents may have rights under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right, depending on the law and circumstances.

To make a privacy request, use the official PawSprouts contact channel listed in the Contact us section. PawSprouts may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children’s privacy

The website is not directed to children under 13, and PawSprouts does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact PawSprouts so it can be addressed.

International visitors

PawSprouts is operated from Saudi Arabia. The website’s hosting and future service providers may operate in other countries, including the United States or European Union. If information is collected through those services, it may be processed outside your country, where data-protection laws may differ.

Security

PawSprouts uses reasonable measures appropriate to the information it handles. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Keeping tracker data on your device limits the pet data PawSprouts has to protect.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically as the website changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page before the related data practice begins.

Contact us

PawSprouts does not yet publish a dedicated privacy email or contact form. Until one is added, privacy questions and requests can be sent by direct message to the official PawSprouts Instagram account. You can also learn more about the project on the About Us page.
